Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• The full payment must be completed before the commencement of the rental service.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

Rental Period

• The rental period is calculated from the agreed pick-up time to the agreed drop-off time.
• Extensions to the rental period must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.

Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles rented from Vankhandi Tour & Travel are to be used only for the purpose agreed upon at the time of booking.
• The renter is responsible for any damages or excessive wear and tear caused during the rental period.
• Smoking, drinking, and consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the rental vehicles.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental period to avoid charges.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental period may incur a cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be provided for early returns or unused time during the rental period.

Driver Requirements

• All drivers must possess a valid driver's license and provide proof of identity at the time of booking.
• Vankhandi Tour & Travel reserves the right to refuse service to any driver who does not meet our safety standards.

Liability and Insurance

• Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental fee. However, the renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.
• The renter agrees to pay for any damage, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.

Vehicle Condition

• The vehicle will be provided in clean and roadworthy condition. The renter is expected to return the vehicle in the same condition.
• Any damage or issues with the vehicle must be reported to Vankhandi Tour & Travel immediately.

Late Returns

• Late returns may incur additional charges. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible.

Privacy Policy

• Vankhandi Tour & Travel respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Amendments

• Vankhandi Tour & Travel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
